Group discussion. Not very personal and felt like they mass hire. No questions asked really and you were expected to ask questions. First session was a pre-recorded presentation then based on your response to a survey, you advance to the group session.

Interview
Interview process was very fishy. I was texted rather than emailed or called to answer a questionaire. After completing that they liked my answers enough to get a 2nd interview. However they like to call it a group review. Rather than an interview it was me and some other guy in a zoom call with a manager and agency leader. It was 40 mins of propaganda that sugar coated everything. No real questions were asked. Immediately after they called me and offered a position.
