There was an on campus interview which was very standard. Then the second round was very tough. There was a presentation we had to give about ourselves in front of all of our competition, where the hiring managers asked us questions about our experiences in front of our peers. Then we had a case which we had 20-30 minutes to work on and create a presentations, with 15 minutes to present the results. Then there were two 30 minute interviews with 2 people per interview. This was all within the span of 24 hours.
