I applied for the position online and received a call from a recruiter about 3 weeks later. I was set up for an interview for the following week which lasted 20 minutes and was very simple. I was ask only like 4 or 5 interview questions and questions to verify info from my application. At the end of interview I was asked to attend a 2nd interview in Tulsa, OK.

Quick and simple interview, technicians are in need and able to hire on easily. Spent more time asking them questions. Be on time and expect an interview by a committee.

Work availability and potential for visa's and international travel.
After getting through the application, you'll get two stages of interview. First is an online interview with the HR where they ask general questions about your resume. Second, is with the department manager where they give you a short quiz and ask about why they should hire you and what you know about the company.
The interview gonna take at least 20 min, its not that long that's why you have to make the HR impressed. the question is not like a common question that oftenly shared in social media or else, its almost like a case study. if you fluent or at least above average in English, you may pass this interview. just give your best and logical answer.
