Interview
I was working as a temp receptionist when this position opened up. Because I had background in HSE they took me right away and moved me to that position. No formal interview process was required. I don't think this is normal for them and I think it was an exception as they needed me right away.
Meet with hiring manager and HSE Manager they didn't ask many questions They just asked about my current experience and my passion for HSE. They were accomodating and understanding. I didn't get the Job but it took over a month to send me feedback.
I applied online and asked me couple of questions to know my interest. They also asked if any certificate related to HSE position. They are looking for 40-hr HAZOP certificate.
