Pretty straightforward they do not waste your time. Typically if you get an interview and you are a decent human being you will probably get hired. Overall good company worked with them in the past and had mostly great memories. Work more than your home and make decent money. Like having two full time jobs.

Interviewed in the lobby of a Marriot hotel. It was a mass hiring event. There were 20 more candidates waiting for interviews. There was a total of two SLB employees conducting interviews.

Interview
Group meeting, then individual interviews. Was offered a job a few minutes after the interview. I thought it would be a longer process. Was actually suprised and appreciated how it went.
Group interview they had donuts and coffee for us and we were sent back one at a time for 1 on 1 interviews. I had an amazing experience interviewing with this company.
