It was easy-going and went through nicely. Interviewer was very patient and relaxed and tried to ensure that participant feel comfortable as well.
The time for the interview was very short and the questions were pretty straightforward.

Through an Agency who acquired my C.V from cv library, then a face to face interview at smc's offices with a director and senior management who asked a variety of questions about all aspects of what my background in the industry was.

Very calm standard interview looking for positive and intuiative people. Md and direct line manager was interviewing. Skills and competency test was taken at time of interviewing. Never found out the results of the test?
