SNSoft interview questions

The interview process at SNSoft was quite frustrating. Most of the time (around 80%) it was hard to understand the interviewer due to communication issues. The technical interview felt very unprofessional, the interviewer showed up late, didn’t introduce themselves, and jumped straight into technical questions with no context or structure. They seemed to expect textbook answers rather than looking for real-world experience or problem-solving ability. I was also given a technical assessment, but it came with little to no explanation. There was no opportunity to clarify anything; it was just “here it is, do it.” Overall, the process lacked clarity, professionalism, and basic courtesy. It didn’t leave a good impression of the company’s hiring practices.
