Step 1: Phone interview with a hiring manager and another co-worker. Nothing special, was positive overall
Step 2: In person interview with the same people from phone interview, plus another co-worker. Mainly behavioral questions, overall was positive.
Step 3: Interview with the executive director. I have to say that out of all my interviews that I had both as a candidate and hiring manager, this was by far the most awkward and unprofessional. Seems like the employees are not empowered and all decisions have to go through the ED. Unfortunately I had to use 1.5 of my PTO on this time-consuming process... Wouldn't recommend unless you are unemployed or ok working in a controlled environment.
