Phone screen and a teams interview. Recruiter, Nadia, emailed about setting up phone call, I responded and said afternoon is best, she scheduled for 8am but didn't specify time zone. They were in Quebec and I'm in Vancouver so could've been 5am my time. At the end of the Teams interview I was told I'd hear back the next day, now a week and a half later and no word at all.
