In-office interview with a panel of four stern-looking individuals; there were no warm greetings and no icebreakers, just direct to questions.

L'entretien s'est fait en direct dans les bureaux de l'association. Ce fut un bel échange, riche, après avoir entendu tout le descriptif et les modalités de ce poste, j'ai pu faire part de toute mon expérience et surtout abordé celle que j'ai eu au foyer de l'enfance e début de carrière et qui m'a laissé un souvenir en terme de prise en charge des enfants et de travail d'équipe. a la fin de cet échange, cela m'a donné envie de faire partie de cette équipe
