The first interview was great. Hook up your computer and pass the test and interview as a group. I got a second interview with the TMobile operating team. I had to confirm interview with s&p data LLC they had sent the day before the interview. I did and they sent me another link to a zoom meeting. I entered the zoom meeting only to be kicked out by the moderator before it started. I emailed the confirmation people to see if it was technical difficulties. After 30 minutes of no response I left the zoom that still said waiting for moderator. I later got an email saying I didn't qualify. It was the mist unprofessional interview ever. I've tried to contact someone, but no one knows who to talk to.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SP Data Digital (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2020
Interview
Online group Zoom interview, pretty easy as long as you’ve had some type of customer service experience it’s pretty straightforward. Only asked me about 2 -4 questions. There were about 5 other people in my group as well who were also asked about the same number of customer service related questions.
