      Operations Interview

      9 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SP+ (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2026

      Interview

My experience was identical to the previous review. The hiring team encouraged me to stay in touch and even provided periodic updates on where they were in the process. Based on that, I remained engaged and responsive. However, this continued for nearly two months before communication abruptly stopped without any explanation or closure. This kind of back-and-forth followed by complete silence is not only unprofessional, but also a waste of a candidate’s time. By the final week, out of self-respect, I withdrew my application. I typically do not write reviews, but this experience deserves to be called out. Candidates deserve transparency and basic respect throughout the hiring process, not prolonged uncertainty followed by silence.
