Pretty simple process. Online zoom interview with two staff members, asked me a range of general interview style questions. Nothing out of the ordinary or that you would not expect.

How would you deal with a difficult customer enquiry?
Online interview with standard retail questions on customer service. Lasted about 15 mins and offer received after 4 days . Asked about experience with customers and on tills as well as some simple problem solving questions
The interview process was positive, involving behavioural questions, inquiries about customer advisor roles and skill assessment. It was very well -structured, comprehensive, and effectively covered relevant topics, ensuring a thorough evaluation.
