Process consisted of two separate Interviews, straight forward process. 1st one was for basic qualifications, 2nd one was more technical. They asked typical questions nothing too technical or crazy. Basic CAD test, if you learn the fundamentals it will be no problem at all.
Interview will consist of you basic verbal question asking about job history and experience based on resume. Then a written test will consist of about 10 to 20 questions. Following the written portion will be an AutoCAD skills test.
The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at SPEC Services (New York, NY)
Interview
First interview with hiring manager went well. Second interview with the rest of the team went great. Was told about company perks, benefits, and culture. Was told I was exactly what they were looking for. Told to wait two weeks to hear back. It has now been five weeks with no call or email. Ghosting potential employees who are passionate about the work, sucks; during a pandemic, it's especially rude.
