The process was good, I was called for the interview by 10 on the specified time. They has asked questions about my projects and my interests. The interview was very easy and friendly.

Phone interview with follow-up interview in person with recruiter; once I had contact name and hiring manager, I followed up with them until I had an initial interview with the hiring company and then a follow-up with the hiring manager before I was hired.

Interview
The interview was first through a telephonic conversation followed by an Online Test based on my Post Graduation subject.The Interviewers and HR were flexible in the arrangement of the Interview but seemed critical on the answers I provided. It was average and the questions were mostly answerable except that they needed a little of analytical thinking.
