SR Technics interview questions

I had a first online interview with HR and Team Manager, followed by a face - to - face interview in Zurich with a visit to the factory. Overall the process was clearly explained and fair. The only problem was being promised to receive an answer in 3 weeks, and having waited instead 3 months. At the end, I did not receive the offer but I was not given a motivation, even after I explicetely asked.
