Interview
Four people in a room asking personal information about you to determine whether or not you are a fit canadate. They ask a series of questions each person asking a different thing. They will ask about your work experience and school projects.
Pre-recorded interview as first step of the process. 30 seconds to prepare for the question on the screen, 2 minutes to deliver. 3 attempts allowed per question. 7 questions in total, but the last one was optional, in case you wanted to say something to the interview panel, so really 6 questions in total.

Why SRP? Why are you a good fit for the program? Describe any power systems class/project/experience and state where your passion for power comes from.
Got a call with multiple people, asked non technical questions. They seemed more interest in my personality than my technical knowledge. There were some technical aspects but they were not as intense as other interviews.
