Applied online on their website, was contacted approximately a week after submitting application and resume. A single phone interview that lasted approximately 90 minutes. Most questions involved recent experiences at work/school/social and were generally non-technical.

Came in for a five hour interview with four different managers. Was taken on a tour of the facility. Taken out to lunch. Most questions were about character rather than technical questions
