HR screening questions over the phone then department interview with management and other staff. Easy, remote. HR and staff feel disjointed with position in Madison and HR in St Louis. Took a long time to finally offer the job.

Typical interview questions, received the job. Recruiter to screen, in person interview then “peer interview”. Peer interview is basically same questions as regular interview. Nothing else to add have to meet 30 word minimum

Phone interview with HR which is basic reviewing of the position expectations/job requirements as well as ability to ask questions yourself. Following a phone interview is an interview with the position supervisor at which time in depth questions will be asked in order for the employer to gain a better idea of work ethic/personality. Following that interview (which is a video interview) a peer interview may take place where peers may ask similar related questions pertaining to situation work style and performance. Easy and smooth experience!
