Interview
I applied on Indeed and then was invited to do an "assessment" to finish the application. Didn't hear back from it for 3 weeks, thought I wasn't moving on. They expected me to be open for an interview immediately at the drop of a hat. They texted me at 4:30 for a 9 AM interview the next day. They have several offices in TN, so they offered me to apply for a position closer to my house than having me move. I felt like I was a little misled - Patient Care Coordinator is just their own title for a Medical Receptionist. I wasn't interested in being a receptionist, I was interested in going back and forth between doctor's offices and patients. They told me that they were in the first round of interviews and wouldn't hear back for a week, but then I immediately got an email for a second interview. It sounds like they are a little desperate to just have a body at the front desk.

Interview
It wasn't too easy, but also not of extreme difficulty. It was an inviting/welcoming experience and not intimidating at all. Overall it was a wonderful and positive interview experience, one of the best I've had.

Interview
Pretty simple and painless. I went through a couple of screenings and then the actual interview. Last interview was with the clinic director. STAR was always good with communicating with me and keeping me informed
