I applied online. I interviewed at STATinMED in Jan 2018
Interview
A phone call of around 1h for technical interviews (1st round). Pretty straightforward to go into technical details for statistic-related questions. The last 15mins are for more general topics like relocation.

I applied online. I interviewed at STATinMED in Jul 2020
Interview
A VP sent me an email to schedule an interview without realizing their email system prevented people from replying to the email. She did not left with me her contact method either. I then telephoned their company for at least 3 times in order to get her email address. I then sent my email with my availabilities. I followed up after not receiving her reply for a few weeks and I continue to not receive her reply. Within four months, I received many automatic emails from their company asking for detailed information for reference people. I sent three reference people's information. After a total of 4 months plus 3 or more follow-up emails, the VP asked me again for my interview availability... I replied and she asked via email if I have any other offer. After such a long time I did accumulated 2 alive offers and I told her it. She immediately replied that she will not continue interviewing with me... Well she doe not need to be that lack of confidence for her company... And the whole process is a waste of my time.

Question 1
There was not even an actual interview. I later heard from friends that the people (including a VP and two directors) I had emails/telephone conversations with all left their company later in that year.
Applied online and the process last 2 weeks, the interviewers were nice. Because I did not prepare well for the interview, I did really bad and messed up the answers.
