It is a good experience to talk with the team leader. I can find all the question on green book. Most of them are brain teaser and probability. I will be fine if you are familiar with the book
The company does not have any online assessments. The first round is an interview with one of the traders. First, the interview asked some questions about past experience. Then he asked some technical questions. The questions mainly came from the green book. The questions were not very hard.
