I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SUPA (Kuala Lumpur) in Sept 2025
Interview
I recently interviewed for the Talent Partnerships and Executive role with Chemin AI, and it was a great experience overall. There are 4 interview stages and I didn’t move forward to the 2nd round due to having slightly less experience than preferred (despite being close to the 1–2 years stated in the job posting), I really appreciated that the team took the time to share detailed feedback highlighting my strengths and skills. It was a bit of a bummer not to advance further, but I’m genuinely grateful for the experience and the opportunity to learn from the process.

Question 1
1. Could you tell us more about your background and current role?
2. Have you had experience to conduct interviews before?
3. Can you describe a time when you had a disagreement with a colleague? How did you handle it and what was the outcome?
It was one of the smoothest interview process I have ever had the chance of actually experiencing. It was all well informed and they were very helpful about everything. All the questions were clear and straight to the point
Interview was interesting, there's whiteboard test where they check your approach in solving a problem and your machine learning understanding. There's also a call with the HR where they get to know you better, your experience and your personality.
