The process was pretty standard although very open, I was asked to describe myself and then some technicals and that was it. The technicals were not hard but very open ended did not now when to really stop talking.

Question 1
Tell we about yourself and why you want to do investment banking at Leerink
First round was general behaviorals, simple technicals straight from 400 M&I guide.
Emphasis on why healthcare IB, why Leerink specifically. Have previous experience ready for why specifically healthcare IB - this is what differentiates candidates.

Application
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SVB Leerink (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2024
Interview
They came on campus for my school. They had a info session where they talked about their firm, and then on-campus interviews were 1-2 weeks later. I believe there were 3 rounds on campus before the super day in the Charlotte office - I didn't make it to the super day, so I am not sure how many rounds it was.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked two hard brain teasers, which I never prepared for, so I got really thrown off by that. Aside from the brain teasers, the other questions were all in line with your typically valuation and accounting questions for IB.
