I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SWAT MAPS (Saskatoon, SK) in Aug 2024
Interview
Short phone screening with HR, followed by a technical interview the following week with CTO and the dev team. No coding required but was given verbal technical questions. Most of them fairly basic and about previous experience and projects.

Interview
I recently interviewed with SWAT MAPS and found the experience to be straightforward and enjoyable. The process included two video calls and an in-person meeting, where I had the opportunity to interact with the team and CTO. Throughout the interviews, everyone was friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know me. From the questions they asked me during the interview I believe the company is truly dedicated to finding the right fit for their team. I would recommend SWAT MAPS to anyone looking for a positive work environment with room for growth.

C# and .NET questions and general workplace questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SWAT MAPS (Kelowna, BC) in Nov 2022
Interview
Interview started with a phone call/coffee chat with HR, then proceeded to interview with the CTO the following week. In the interview with the CTO, the CTO asked some off questions for a technical interview, and rudely cut the interview short when he did not like some of the answers (I had different opinions than him on certain things which apparently is a dealbreaker with this CTO). I asked many questions of the interviewers and doubled the duration of the interview in doing so, although I am sure they wish I just stopped so they could end the call. Ultimately, the most insulting thing about this process was that they completely ghosted me after the interview.

Question 1
1. What nuget packages would you add to a solution when starting a project from scratch? (ridiculous question) 2. What would be your onboarding process for new employees? various similar non-technical questions like above.
