I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Saalt in Jul 2025
Interview
Thorough process, included phone screen, 2 rounds of interviews, and a work sample. It moved quickly and I felt like we got to know each other well through the process. I liked that people who would eventually report to me as well as who I’d be reporting to were part of the process and had a voice in who gets to join the team

Interview
I was initially super excited to interview with this brand. It's an interesting product and category. But the interview process proved disappointing and frankly not the most respectful of candidates time. The creative assignment was one of the longest I've ever had to work on and went hardly acknowledged beyond a fairly brutal- "we found other candidates stronger". Could have just been me?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Saalt (Boise, ID) in May 2022
Interview
The interview process was relatively quick moving and included both one-on-one in person and remote conversations as well as with larger groups of stakeholders. The folks there seem to be relationship oriented so they made the effort for us to get to know each other as people.
