At first, all the interviews I had were scheduled and conducted within a week - astonishing considering how slow the process usually is. But, after 3 remote calls and a 3 hour long in-person interview with all the managers - radio silence. After a week or so I reached out to two different HR recruiting contacts who never responded. Finally I got a rejection response from one of the managers after emailing them. It’s disappointing that the hiring employees I contacted did not inform me of my application process or provided a response. If that could be fixed, it could be a flawless process. Sabert should reiterate recruiting duties and professionalism to their hiring department, as that seems to be where it’s falling short.
