Question 1
I come from a non-finance field and they asked me why I was making the trasnition and why I had chosen them to apply
I recently participated in Saccade's 48-hour project interview (round 2), and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I dedicated significant time and effort to complete the project. Despite completing most of the tasks asked in the project diligently and within the given timeframe, I was only met with silence for two weeks. When I finally reached out for an update, I received a terse rejection with minimal feedback.
This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. The project instructions were unclear, and when I requested clarification, I received no response. It’s disheartening to invest so much effort into a project, only to be ignored and then dismissed with a generic, unhelpful response.
I would advise anyone considering applying to Saccade to be cautious about their 48-hour project. My experience suggests that the company lacks professionalism and respect for candidates' time and effort. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
