It was a phone screen, and they went over the details of the position (description, pay, benefits, etc), and general questions such as submitting to a background check and drug test. A second interview was scheduled, but unknown to me it was canceled later without any sort of email or call to me. (I had to email about it after waiting half an hour for the FaceTime interview, just to get a follow-up that they're actually not deciding to move forward, and that I was called about it earlier in the day - obviously I hadn't received that call.) The HR person wasn't exactly professional, and quite flaky. I will not be considering them in the future due to the overall frustrating experience.
