It began with a brief phone call with the owner to understand your background and experience. The interview is with the site manager to further understand your strengths and preferences.

The one interviewing me has taken a step back from managing the company and this interview was many years ago. However, the interview went as is and this is how interviews are conducted now. I went to the location, and she asked about my abilities and made me swim all four strokes. She stated she wanted me to work 3 days in the water and one day out of the water to market. I did not really care to market.
