Interview
Four conference calls, and two on-site interviews took place over three months since a recruitment e-mail found my inbox. Phone calls were about 20-30 minutes each. After about two months it seemed as though the hiring managers and supervisors did not have a good handle on the hiring process, and that it was not a very high priority.
