Interview
I had several interviews. Pretty straight forward...typical 2 person panel. I had one phone screening with Sage HR...2 face to face with 2 panel team of lower level supervisors. One interview with the VP of Sales...which was the most professional, yet comfortable session in the process. That particular interview was more like a conversation.
Interview started with over the phone interview with recruiter. I was scheduled a face to face interview the next day. That morning I met with an interviewer who was very friendly. We sat and chat for about an hr. Afterwards she went and grabbed the VP of her department and immediately started the second interview.

Easy, interesting and interactive. Have your own questions to ask. Do job shadowing and make sure you understand in/out about the role and the team you will join upon having a successful hiring process.

Group Interview. Six people, some questions were general, and not with sales. It seemed like the crew was 'winging it'. They seemed nice enough, though. No telecommuting option. Office only. Defined working hours, though salaried.
