Interview via phone, was a short screening. I got called the same day for a second interview in person, and ended up having 2 interviews back to back with that person and the CEO. I thought it went well, but ultimately I just ended up getting a stupid generic rejection email, after driving there and going back after 30 minutes for the second interview i felt it was rude and a waste of my time that they did not consider.
