After what seemed to be two successful interviews, I was asked complete a property inspection report with no standard form to utilize for such inspection. The nearest property was about an hour plus away and completed a thorough inspection of the entire site which took more than an hour. I submitted the inspection with pictures of issues, possible county violations recommends and recommendations. I received an email that the inspection was received and they would follow back up with me once it was reviewed. I did not hear anything back for days and sent a follow up email. I never heard back with any feedback (positive for negative) and essentially was used for a property inspection since the prior employee had been gone for months. I was disappointed not because of not being hired but rather with the lack of professionalism.
