      Interview

      This was genuinely one of the worst interview processes I’ve experienced. I initially interviewed for one role and spoke with both the Talent Manager and Hiring Manager. However, there were clear internal misalignments from the start. I received calendar invites for interviews that had not even been confirmed internally, and was later “informed” I had progressed after I had already booked my interview slot. Following this, communication went completely silent for nearly three weeks. I then received an abrupt email with a job description for a different role, with no context or explanation. After chasing, I was told I was being considered for a more senior position, although it was clear there was little coordination or clarity between the Talent team and the Professional Services team. There also appeared to be a lack of basic due diligence around compensation. I had shared my current salary early in the process, yet this was only revisited much later, at which point it became clear the offered range was barely above my current package. The interview experience itself was equally disappointing. A scheduled 30 minute interview extended to 90 minutes, led by a manager who provided minimal introduction and seemed to be reading questions from a script. There was little engagement, no sense of curiosity, and no awareness of my previous interviews, which resulted in repeated questions and a very impersonal experience. Overall, the process felt highly disorganised, poorly communicated, and lacking in respect for candidates’ time. Based on this experience, it raised serious concerns about how the organisation operates internally and how individuals are treated.

Gegenüber Vorstellung der Rolle mit Account-Verantwortung. Fokus auf Security-Themen - auch im eigenen Arbeiten und Umgang mit Kunden. Upselling passend zur Kunden-Strategie und Entwicklung im europäischen Markt.
