Screening, a couple video interviews with random questions applicable to the role, Grilled by HM. Beware for performing a case study to turnaround in 24 hours with misleading and false promises of presenting to leadership team. Submitted as requested and got no acknowledgement of receipt. Recruiter is strongly lacking skills. Followed up and was told I'd be presenting and hearing about next steps. Followed up again and then HM asked recruiter to reject me saying they filled the role which was a lie b/c I was told I was the top candidate. This is a ploy to get competitive information.
