I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Sainsbury’s in Jan 2015
Interview
So applied online which ended with a test asking general multiple choice questions about customer service scenarios. I passed that then received a text to call head office. I called head office and done a over the phone interview. I passed that then got given a date to attend an interview in store. This part was very easy, consisted of watching a dvd and answering multiple choice questions then I spoke with a HR manager just about my hours, uniform size. Right to work in the UK etc. I was then told if chosen. which i didnt
I applied through university. I interviewed at Sainsbury’s (Twist) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was a great interview process. They asked me many questions that I wasn’t expecting, but the interview was really polite and was caring and made sure that I didn’t feel any pressure.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sainsbury’s (Bamber Bridge, England)
Interview
Easy, walk little chat, sign some papers, job was explained to me and then they said keep an eye for the onboarding emails. Kept it low pressured and because it was during Covid I think they just needed people through the door to do the job
