Multiple round interviews to evaluate on 360 degree basis ( Technical skill, leadership skill as well team fit). First started with technical interview with panel than one to one with top management folk. Later on HR round and finally personality quiz.

Interview
Interview process started with a Telephonic short interview with HR, followed by Two rounds of Technical rounds. First technical round involves presenting the work experience in short ppt. Gap maintained between each round is around one week. Cleared the First technical round.

Describe your work with a short presentation in 15 min?
The HR round was basically a test of our communication skill. They will ask about you degree projects if you are a fresher. This will be correlated with the position you applying.
Applied through online, got a call from HR and interview scheduled within two days, after first round.. the second round was scheduled in the next week in which they asked to presentation about our project work.
