The interview process consisted of three parts: a phone screen, a department interview with a tour of the plant, and an in-person panel, along with recruiter screenings. Overall, it was a two-month process and a decent experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Saint-Gobain (Mickleton, NJ)
Interview
Consisted on phone interviews at various levels of the organization within Human Reosurces, face to face interviews with various managers with the Operational function at the plant I was interviewing for. The time from interview to offer was a bit long, but understandable as there were multiple interviews at mulitple levels and they had to connect with each other. Very thorough and detailed information requested up front for background, education verifications which was refreshing. It good to know that a Company is doing its due dilengence up front.
Interviews was both Technical and behavioural based discussion.
they asked lots of open ended questions. It was a good learning experience oveall for me to take up this selection process

Question 1
Achievements / challenges faced and how we navigated such challenges
I cannot rate - and cannot rate, other than to provide a thumbs down - my interview experience because I was ghosted by the Saint Gobain recruiter for my scheduled phone interview on Monday, 1/13/25, at Noon Pacific time.
