I found the position on Indeed.com and applied directly online through their website. After only a couple of days i was contacted via email by the Talent and Development Manager to set up a phone screening. My phone screening was the next day after i was contacted, and my in person interview was about a week later. The process moved very quickly and efficiently.

Question 1
For the in person interview most of the questions were based off of projects/ responsibilities from my previous experiences listed on my resume. Not many 'standard' questions were asked besides "Tell me about yourself."
Phone screening and Teams Call- The HR lady was very disorganized and mentioned that she tends to ghost people. I was then ghosted by her- overall all extremely unprofessional. It was quite obvious that she was working from her home (her attire and home background) and boosted that she never really had to go into the office. It was all very strange.

Smooth and it went very well. They were interested in knowing my background and how I'd be a good fit. There were several people who interacted with me and wanted to understand my motivation to join them

Interview process was smooth and fair. Great team and impressive company, would recommend to anyone looking and would also advise to be sure skills will be looked at and interviews can be in a casual enviroment
