Hight turn over rate so be patient if they miss you the first round -stay connected to HR
Although, Some HR managers are better than others.

I had an interview with an MM and HR. Then I met with the GM. I new the MM would be difficult but I took the job anyway. I should have kept looking. Very poor culture.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn and he scheduled my interviews for me. I went in on one day and met with the GM and HR person and had really great conversations. The interview wasn't particularly difficult, it felt like a conversation. They then scheduled me to come back in and meet with one additional member of the senior leadership team. After that I heard back relatively quickly with an offer.
