Recruit contacted me then a in-store interview with the general manager the showed me around the store and had me work the line to see if I was gonna like it.
It is a 3 step interview process with a backend review.
You have to talk to a recruiter and 2 different district managers.
They then go back and talk behind your back with their boss and decide if you’re good enough for them.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Salad and Go (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
The process was pretty fast. First had a in-person group interview with about 4-5 people. Then had a follow-up phone interview. That same week had an official offered letter. The interview was more like a conversation of what I have dealt with. How I have handled situations.
