The interview process was simple but could've been more transparent about employee responsibilities and expectations. There was little said about training and what the following weeks would look like. It was kind of a hire on the spot situation, which made me feel uneasy about their ability to retain employees

Very simple, applied online, received request to interview few days later. Showed up to interview where manager asked me a few questions about past experience, why I want to work there, where I see myself in the future, how I would describe myself.

Interview
This was incredibly easy. I went to the store in person in regards to the help wanted ad in the storefront. I filled out the application on site and met with the manager to hand it in. We had an informal talk and I was offered the position.
