While the team were very welcoming and nice to chat with, a ten-minute window to solve a product design problem doesn't really allow a designer to showcase their true technical skill or system logic. Given proper time to unpack constraints and think through layout implications, any competent designer can deliver a solid solution, but a brief pressure-cooker format rarely reflects how real, collaborative product design actually happens. I would say a 4/10 interview technique at best. You will not bring the cream of the crop to your company with these interview techniques.
