Applied online, had an email first, then a call, then an appointment with the GM. The interview itself was pretty standard sales interview: what, when, how, strengths, goals, what are you looking for, etc... Had a call back within 24 hours, 2nd appt scheduled for a few days later, when I met the whole sales team at their weekly sales meeting, following a meeting with each one individually for about 20 - 30 minutes to get to know each other. After I left, they discussed the "fit" and I had a call within 24 hours. Then a background check, results were back within 3-4 days, received a call to make the offer. Very timely & courteous.

The interview process I have to say went real smooth. Salem knew prior to the interview that I had minimal knowledge with Data Analytics, but were impressed with my sales experience. They all agreed I could be taught and pick up pieces here and there to sale. All three interviews were held by pleasant people!
