Informal interview. Just talked about the job and asked if I could do vaccinations and work part-time. Also asked if I was certified or not. No behavioral questions or formal questions at all. Seemed like they were already interviewing multiple candidates.
It was good process and was happy with the interview. Very easy going and I did not wait to see the person I was interviewing with. It was casual and I understood what the job entailed
The questions were so long, I felt like I was being asked to comprehend, memorize and synthesize, rewrite and regurgitate a novel in 60 seconds. Slow moving organization. Multiple rounds of interviews. Approx 6 weeks from 1st to last interview, ghosted for multiple weeks before final decision.
