The issue I had with this process is that they are undecided on their hiring objective. They put a job posting for different levels of the same role, which is a waste of time for a candidate. Do you want a Senior or Staff role? From the candidate standpoint, why would they want to continue through the process when the company is undecided on what they want? Wouldn’t the job role be requisitioned prior to posting? Do you have the budget for a senior role? Are you taking interviews for guidance on your internal issues? Bait and switch.
