Everyone at Samanage was friendly and we had genuine and friendly conversations about my skills, how Samanage works, and making sure I was a good fit for Samanage. We had good conversations about a range of topics to make sure all bases were covered. I could tell by the end of the interview process that Samanage is a good place to work, learn, grow, and make new friends. The initial phone screen with the hiring manager was more of a technical conversation between nerds, comparing how we have worked in the past and trading stories of experience. Other than that it was not a technical process- non tests or sample output.
It was a little difficult to schedule time with everyone in a minimal number of trips to the office. This can be hard to manage for someone currently working or living far away.
