I had several interviews which seemed to go well, then was asked to create a presentation. This took time on my end, and after I presented, I never heard from the company again . I was disappointed that they did not have respect for the people they interviewed with
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Samaritan in Oct 2025

applied online for the Partner Success Lead role and was immediately contacted by the recruiter to schedule an interview. My first interview went great, it was relaxed and positive. The second interview was with the COO and also went well; we discussed expectations for the role. The last interview was with the person I would report to, and we reviewed my experience and real-life scenarios. She mentioned I would hear back within about a week regarding the project.
Since it was around Halloween, I allowed a little extra time, and then sent a follow-up email to the last interviewer, but received no response. I then followed up with the recruiter today, and still nothing.
My frustration isn’t about not getting the role, lack of a response is still a response, but it’s the fact that the company hasn’t had the courtesy to send a denial or any update. Ghosting candidates in this manner feels highly unprofessional, especially for a company seeking professional and exceptional employees.
