Treated terribly by the recruiters there was a connection issue and staff had no patience to wait and ended the call most companies would support people being interviewed in this circumstance. The behaviour of the staff and email responses from staff presented a huge red flag to me about how Samaritan employers treat staff through your actions.

Application for first stage and then an interview. Very clear assessment criteria and always against a clear job description. The application questions were sensible and enabled me to write about previous experience. The interview was online and well structured.
